Für noch besseren und gesunden Liegekomfort kannst Du Deinen Kinderwagen mit einer maßgeschneiderten Naturmatratze der Textilwerkstatt Obermühle ausstatten. Die Matratze besteht zu 100% aus Natur und ist atmungsaktiv, elastisch und formstabil.
Der Kern der Bio-Matratze ist aus Kokosfasern und Naturkautschuk. Diese sind mit Schafschurwolle auf der Liegefläche und Bio-Baumwolle auf der Unterseite umhüllt. Der Bezug ist aus Bio-Baumwolle. Bei der Verarbeitung wird vollständig auf die Verwendung von chemisch behandelten Materialien verzichtet. So werden für alle Näharbeiten Garne aus Bio-Baumwolle verwendet. Nach alter Handwerkstradition werden Matratzen von Hand punktförmig gesteppt. Als natürlicher Klebstoff dient dabei Naturlatex-Milch.

In der Textilwerkstatt Obermühle werden seit 1989 natürliche und biologische Rohstoffe in liebevoller Handarbeit zu hochwertigen Naturprodukten verarbeitet. Die Obermühle liegt im Rosental, einer naturbelassenen Flusslandschaft der Naturparkregion Thayatal in Niederösterreich. Für die Produktion der Naturmatratzen werden 100% reine und geprüfte Naturmaterialien verwendet. Die meisten Rohstoffe wie Schafwolle, Baumwolle und Hanf stammen aus Österreich. Kokos und Latex werden in bester Qualität aus geprüften Unternehmen aus Asien importiert.
Die Obermühle Naturmatratze
Jede Naturmatratze wird individuell für Dich zusammengestellt und aus kontrollierten Rohstoffen gefertigt. Für die Herstellung verwendet die Textilwerkstatt keine fossilen Energien. Auf umweltbelastende Hilfsmittel oder chemische Klebstoffe wird verzichtet. Naturkautschuk und Kokoskautschuk stammen aus kleinen, biologisch-zertifizierten Betrieben in Sri Lanka.

Organic mattress for your pram
For even better and healthy lying comfort, you can equip your pram with a custom-made natural mattress from Textilwerkstatt Obermühle. The mattress is made of 100% natural material and is breathable, elastic and dimensionally stable.
The core of the organic mattress is made of coconut fibres and natural rubber. These are covered with virgin sheep's wool on the lying surface and organic cotton on the underside. The cover is made of organic cotton. During processing, the use of chemically treated materials is completely avoided. Yarns made of organic cotton are used for all sewing work. According to old handicraft tradition, mattresses are spot-stitched by hand. Natural latex milk is used as a natural adhesive.

The Obermühle natural mattress
Each natural mattress is individually assembled for you and made from controlled raw materials. The textile workshop does not use any fossil fuels in the production process. No environmentally harmful additives or chemical adhesives are used. Natural rubber and coconut rubber come from small, certified organic farms in Sri Lanka.
